Aileen's Story
Making changes in your life is never easy. After the loss of my daughter I experienced a long period of emptiness and depression. In some way it felt like I was losing myself which meant my family was losing me too. I knew deep inside that it was time for me to make a comeback - I just wasn't sure how to do it.
As I began searching for answers I found Kinetix. As soon as I started the program, I felt a change in my energy and well-being. Before long, people were saying "you look great, what are you doing?". The physical changes in my body have been fantastic! I've gone from a size 10 to a size 4. I've dropped body fat and greatly increased my strength. My fitness level is at an all time high. But as great as the physical changes have been, it's the spiritual and emotional lift that has been the most rewarding part of my journey. There is no doubt that today I am a better mom to my two boys and a better wife to my husband. I've found myself. I'm happy.
