Debbie's Story
I'm one of those people who truly loves exercise. After joining Starbucks, I started running and before long I was training for 1/2 marathons and eventually qualified for the Boston marathon.
One of the things I've learned about myself is that I love a challenge. And I love having a reason or purpose for training. When I learned about the kinetix challenge, I really felt excited to give it a go and see what I could accomplish in 8-weeks. Needless to say, even I was surprised at my results.
During my 8-week challenge, I dropped 7% body fat! My speed improved and my strength is now at an all time high. Even though I've never been what others would consider overweight, I've had to buy new pants and was shocked at how many comments people made about my appearance.
I've learned so much through Kinetix. I learned that quality-not quantity-of exercise is key. I used to exercise twice as long with half the results. I learned how important it is to combine fitness and nutrition for optimal results. And, most importantly, I learned to enjoy the journey!I'm excited to share the things I've learned and help others take their results to the next level too!
